Taking them to dryer house as mentioned above.3 Filling 50 kg sugar in sacks obtained from serial no. 1 and 2 with grader, weighing, putting tag number and stitching them. Marking on 50 kg sacks and writing M-30 / S-30 grade with pen and keeping them at specified place in dryer house according to grade. Breaking gravel in dryer house and cleaning grader nets etc. 18 labourers will have to be compulsorily employed per shift for getting the above mentioned work done. 4 Taking the bags of gravel, sugar powder, sugar and wet sugar coming out of the grader to the dryer house and placing them at the designated place for melting in the melter installed nearby, getting them melted and counting the empty bags and making bundles of 25 each and keeping them at the designated place.5 Employing three workers per shift to take the bags filled with dry seed coming out of the grader and putting them in the seed elevator and counting the empty bags and making bundles of 25 each and filling the same bags with dry seed again.6 Repacking the sugar filled in torn bags every day.7 Employing one worker per shift on the hopper who will clean all the hoppers and take out the gravel sugar.8 Cleaning of all the hoppers during the season as per requirement in each shift. 9 Sr. No. 1 to 8 Rate per shift Rs.10 Extracting brown sugar from continuous machines at the end of crushing season and filling the extracted brown sugar in bags with own resources, weighing, stitching and numbering and keeping it at the specified place in the dryer house.11 Taking bags of VIPS sugar from the sugar warehouse and melting them at the specified place and depositing the empty bags in the store and washing the excessively wet bags and depositing them in the store.12 Taking bags of brown sugar from the sugar warehouse and melting them in the magma crystallizer and washing and counting the empty bags and depositing them in the store.13 Getting all the sugar from the scrap kept of the previous season melted on time with own resources etc. (lump sum rate)
