(e) The test results shall be recorded and shall be preserved duly signed by the contractor, Engineer-in- Charge. (f)Descaling of cooling coil of conder by usining acidcent and brush etc.(g)The material procured and brought at site by the contractor shall be got approved from Engr-in- Charge /GE before incorporation in the work.(i)Clean water strainers. (ii)Check the earth connection and fuses.(iii)Clean the condenser and otherequipments. (iv)Check for leakage of gas (exterior).(v)Clean the controls.(vi)Clean all the air filters.(vii)Check compressor oil for discoloration or contamination. (viii)Check starting and running current and voltage while running.(ix)Check the insulation resistance valve. (x)Defrost cooling coil, close suction line slowly and note the efficiency.(xi) Check leak in the seal of shaft.(xii)Check leak LP and HP cut-outs i.e. (xiii) Check expansion valves. (xiv)Check for entire system with the help of water & soap.(xv) Clean the drip tray with water.(xvi)Check the condition of blower fans, shafts and its direction of rotation.(xvii)Check the ducting condition.(xviii) Check the working of the plants and limits of vibration and noise (xix) Carry out the capacity test. (xx) Check suction and delivery of the compressor and its efficiency.(xxi)Clean the condenser with compressed air, brush and water .(xxii)Dismantle the weather make chamber by removing duct connections and opening the return air box, clean the evaporator coil, drip tray, ducting and repair the return air box (if required) , paint the system and re-install the same.(xxiii) Overhaul the blower motor including cleaning of runners.(xxiv) Check the service valves for wear.(xxv)Overhaul the compressor motor and starter xxviClean the contacts of LP/HP switches.(xxvi) Check and adjust the alignment of belts and their tension.(xxvii)Check the wiring and all the connections including meggering.(xxviii)Complete test for leaks.(xxix) Check thermostatic switch and clean the contacts(xxx) water cooled system/water line deacling & paintng incl cooling tower (xxxi) all pump any size overhuling and repairing /replacement of unserviceable gland / shaft/ bearing/ gland cupling complete(xxxii) Cooling tower cleaning with Scrapper . |
