| 3 | Note for item no 1and 2: The following documents should be maintained by the fresh water and treated water operator relating to thepumping and supply . All connected reports submit to the concerned JE/Engr-in-Charge on daily basis at 10:30 Hrs in AGE (E/M) (W/S) :-(i) Attendance register . (ii) Log sheet (iii) Valve and sensor failure report..(iv) Defect rectified report. (v)Meter reading report .(vi) Water received report from BMC(vii) All the stationary items will be provided by the contractor.(viii) All the safety equipments shall be provided by the contractor to the staff.(viii) delay of pumping should not be less than 30 min otherwise penalty will be charged Rs. 500 for every hours.(ix) All FGM shall have minimum ITI certificate with one year experiance in pump operator and valveman shall be 10th passed. |
| 4 | (x) Contractor shall submit ID proof, Residential proof, Bank A/C details to department and obtain approval of Engineer-in-Charge before employing a person. Payment to employees shall be done by crossed cheque through Aadhaar linked bank account only and it shall not be less than minimum fair wages as per act in vogue.The contractor shall submit proof to Engineer-in-Charge before claiming any payment.(xii) Contractor has to submit proof of payment of EPF subscription made by him as applicable as per latest laws/acts alongwith RAR failing which RAR will not be progressed for payment.(xii)The rates quoted by the contractor shall be deemed to be included provision of all latest labour laws / regulations including all relevant taxes as applicable.(xiii) The bidders are advised not to quote rate less thanminimum fair wages as circulated by competent authority.If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost as given Page No 13 of Sch of Notes, the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB as elaborated herein after in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of financial bid\"(xiv).The deposited amount shall be the difference between estimated cost as given Page No 13 of Sch of Notesand amount quoted by lowest bidder for respective item. FDR/BGB shall be released only after satisfactory completion of work.If the contractor fails to pay minimum wages to employees, the department shall have right to withhold the said amount which will be verified by GE.The decision of Accepting Officer regarding amount to be withhold shall be final and binding.The withhold amount will be utilised byGE for payment to employees if contractor fails to pay minimum wages and balance amount if any shall only be released. If the lowest bidder fails to deposit the amount as stated above within 07 days, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid shall be rejected.(xv)The rates quoted shall be inclusive of suitable reliver wherever sundays & holidays are mentioned for working |
| 5 | Material & labour for collection of water sample from two treated water pump house testing of sample at accredited agency and reports. Testing of sample shall include the following testing parameter :-(a) PH level and temperature (daily)(b) Total suspended solid (TSS) (daily) (c) Dissolved Oxygen (daily)(d) Biological oxygen demand (BOD) (daily)(e) Chemical oxygen demand (COD) (daily)(f) Nitrogen (weekly)(g) Fecal Coliform (weekly) Note- Rate shall be inclusive of collection of water sample on daily basis, testing as per frequency mentioned above, and submission of reports to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge. |
