MATERIAL AND EXPECTED EXPENDITURE FOR ERECTION OF 01 NO 33 KV BAY AT 132 KV S/S PANWARI, MAHOBA FOR 33 KV SUNSURE SOLAR PARK TEN UNDER ETD. - Erection ofauxiliary structure consisting of columns, beams, peaks, masts etc. and auxiliary structure required for installation of isolators, C.Ts. P.Ts. L.As. and all other equipments. All material to be erected shall be supplied by UPPTCL free of cost but all men, material and T&P required for satisfactorily completion of work shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. 3 33 KV side (Auxilary structure) 4 Erection of following equipments as per Instruction manual of various equipments and technical specification including shifting of material/equipments from store to erection site including all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily. 5 36 KV C.B. 6 36KV PT 7 36 KV C.T. 8 36 KV Line Isolator 9 36 KV Bus Isolator 10 CT/PT Junction Box 11 36 KV SAS Based Tripple Feeder Panel/Meter cubical/meter 12 Cutting,strengthening,bending,laying 800 mm.below in side ground and above ground of following size of MS Flat for earthing of main and auxiliary structure, equipment structure and its material etc. Encluding welding with main earth mat and with object to be earthed /excavation of trenches its back filling. 13 50X6mm 14 25X6mm 15 Interconnection of following equipments and bus bar including cutting, bending of conductor and jumpering, clamping along with all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per drawing and technical specn. 16 33 KV Bay 17 Preparation of interconnection diagram of various connection between CB, CT, PT & tripple feeder panel etc. 18 Laying of following sizes of control cable in the cable trench from control relay panel to various equipments / marshalling boxes and JB etc. In switchyard as per cable schedule. 19 2C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 20 4C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 21 6C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 22 Fabrication of Auxiliary Earthmate Structure (1x1Sq. Mtr) required for CB & CTwith the help of 40 mm. M.S. Round bar for proper Earthing. 23 Termination of following sizes of cable as laid above as per cable schedule including making necessary holes in glands plates or box where ever requiredsupply and fixing of cable glands of appropriate size, supply & providing ferrules & Nos for each core of cable and its termination with crimping type lugs of dowell/tension make and all other assiciated work to complete the job satisfactry. 24 2C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 25 4C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 26 6C x 2.5 Sq mm. unarmoured. 27 Supply &fixing of 120 watt LED Lamp Crompton Greaves, Bajaj/ Havellsmake fitting including lamp, ballast igniter etc. for fixing on structure including cost of all material labour and T&P for completion of work 28 Supply & fixing of junction box on lighting poles of size 200x200x150 mm. of MS sheet SWG duly painted with synthetic enamel paint box should be fixed and backlite terminal strip of 4 Nos terminal bothshould be fixed on sun mica sheet and half round M.S. Clamp with GI pipe for fixing the junction box on the structure 29 Supply & fixing of 16 Amp. MCB make- Crompton greaves, Bajaj/Havells make fitting on structure including cost of all material labour and T&P for completion work. 30 Laying of 2x2.5/4x2.5 sq mm PVC cable 50cm.blow the ground level in PVC conduct pipe after excavation and back fitting including all labor PVC pipe etc. 31 Supply & Fixing of Name plate for various Equipment 32 Supply & Fixing of Phase plate for various Equipment 33 Supply & Fixing of Danger plate for various Equipment 34 Providing and Fixing of Meter Condued Pipe for Protection of Metering cable. 35 Scada Integration 36 Rates qouted by the bidders shall be without taxes. Taxes applicable if any to paid extra
