Tender For Procurement Of Storage Rack; 1.1 Specifications Storage rack size 2500 MM (L) X 950MM (D) X 2500 MM(H) Shelf pannel 5 nos of shelf pannel (adjestable shelf height) Capacilty 250kg capacity /shelve. Material HRC E250 Coating / painting specs Powder Coating 1.2 1.2.1 10 Qty with above mentioned specification in clause no.1 2 2.1 Not Applicable 3 3.1 Supplier should indicate EOHS / Safety requirements for the equipment. MSDS sheet of the material used in the FlexPli should be provided with detailed procedure / guideline for proper disposal. 3.2 All the documentation should be English 4 4.1 The bidder shall provide three copies of instruction, operation, maintenance and servicing manual of the system in English in hard copy or copy in pendrive . 4.2 The bidder shall prvide detailed work instruction/ guideline with Photographs for maintanace of the equipments 5 5.1 Bidder shall provide the installation drawings 6 6.1 The bidder shall provide list of recommended spare parts and consumables for and after warranty period of two years. 7 7.1 Within 5 Weeks after the Purchase order is sent by ARAI. The bidder shall specify the delivery schedule along with the installation, commissioning and acceptance testing at site. The bidder shall submit detailed activity chart, with time estimates, starting from receipt of purchase order till acceptance testing at site along with the proposal 8 8.1 Pre-acceptance, Inspection validation of the complete system shall be performed jointly by the bidder and ARAI identified team at ARAI 8.2 checking and verification of all the consignement with equipment Serial no. as per the PO. 9 9.1 The bidder shall carry out installation after the receipt of the equipment at ARAI within 15 days. The experts of equipment bidder will do installation and commissioning at their own cost 10 10.1 The bidder shall be responsible for the successful installation of the FlexiPLi at ARAI, HTC-Chakan. 11 11.1 The Bidder should have full technical background to provide complete technical support for the entire system as a single window to ARAI. 12 12.1 the Bidder is preferred to have local business representative capable to provide timely and direct support with trained man-power in India. 13 13.1 Past experience in Supply of Storateg rack 13.2 The Bidder must be able to demonstrate past experience in supplying of storage rach and supporting the to at least 20 customers anywhere in India. The supply of only spares to some customers will not be considered as supply of complete system and will be disqualified. Bidder shall provide references of past supply, the name of organization with their contact details. 14 14.1 Not Applicable 15 15.1 Not Applicable 16 16.1 Not Applicable 18 18.1 The supplier shall deploy and identify an Implementation team with requisite qualifications, demonstrable skills and experience in order to achieve the requested quality of Installation. The proposed team which will support the project with the above information shall be furnished with the tender. 19 Following checks will be performed: 19.1 checking and verification of all the consignement with eqipment serian no as per the PO. 19.2 Thickness of the sections as per specification 19.3 Loading of rack for its mentioned capacity. 21 21.1 The bidder shall supply the critical/essential spare parts, wearing parts and consumables that are necessary for trouble free operation for at least 2 years of warrenty period from the date of installation / commissioning. Also the Bidder shall be required to provide a list of critical/essential spare parts, wearing parts and consumables without prices and with their unitary prices along with the Financial Bid, for a minimum operational period of 2 years After Completion of Warranty Period. 22 22.2 Not Applicable 23 23.1 Not Applicable 24 24.1 2 year manufacturing warranty 25 Spares: The bidder shall provide list of recommended spare parts and consumables for and after warranty period 26 Delivery: Within 5 Weeks after the Purchase order is sent by ARAI. The bidder shall submit detailed activity chart, with time estimates, starting from receipt of purchase order till acceptance testing at site along with the proposal 27 Complete Responsibility for all Supplies The bidder shall be responsible for the successful installation of the Test system at ARAI, HTC-Chakan. 28 Installation & Commissioning: The bidder shall carry out installation after the receipt of the equipment at ARAI within 15 days. The experts of equipment bidder, at their own cost, will do installation and commissioning and the cost shall be indicated separately just for information. Eligibility Criteria 31 Local Partner The Bidder is preferred to have local business representative capable to provide timely and direct support with trained man-power in India. The local representation for such systems. Disqualification Criteria: 32 Past experience in Supply of Pedestrian FlexiPLi Impactor. The Bidder must be able to demonstrate past experience in supplying and supporting the storage rack to at least 20 customers anywhere in India. The supply of only spares to some customers will not be considered as supply of complete system and will be disqualified. Bidder shall provide references of past supply, the name of organization with their contact details. 33 Direct and complete technical support The Bidder should have full technical background to provide complete technical support for the entire system as a single window to ARAI.
