    Bids Are Invited For Customized Annual maintenance contract / comprehensive maintenance contract for Pre-owned Products - --; --; Comprehensive Maintenance Contract (CMC); Daily; Yes - COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE & MANAGEMENT CONTRACT OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY FACILITIES AT ADRDE. A) SCOPE OF WORK Scope of work shall be as defined here under: - 1) Comprehensive Maintenance of Desktop Computers, Workstations, Printers, Scanners, CD Writer, LAN system, Network devices (LAN switches etc) and related equipment installed at ADRDE. 2) The scope of work also includes installation of licensed software’s procured by ADRDE and installed in the Servers, PCs, workstations and Peripherals. 3) Firm must have to provide on-site maintenance and repair of computers, printers (laser, inkjet) scanners, workstations, associated peripherals, network components. The firm also must have expertise in LAN trouble shooting. 4) The scope of work covers provision of Five resident qualified engineer (technical manpower) at ADRDE from 0900 hrs to 1730 hrs on all working days, and if required on Saturdays and Sundays and also after 1730 hrs on working days. 5) (a) The Minimum qualification of three residential engineer must be Diploma (Electronics/Computer/Telecom) /B.Sc. with three-year experience in hardware/software maintenance and other two may be fresher with same qualification.
