Name of Work:- Engagement of Valve Operator for Operation and Maintenance of distribution system and rising main pipe line (CI/DI/AC/UPVC/HDPE) of Tabakhali & its adjoining mouzas water supply scheme within Sutahata development Block under Haldia Sub Division of Tamluk Division, PHE Dte. Purba Medinipur. (For 200 Days)

1Day to Day opening & closing of all the different dia. Sluice valves / washout valves along the alignment of the rising mian and distribution main / pipe line at different places within the command area as and when required for regulating the supply of water and distribution water all over the command area smoothly by taking out the R.C.C. cover slab of sluice valve chamber / washout chamber (if required) and refixing the same true to position, routine inspection to the rising main / distribution system and reporting to the local departmental officer including mending good damaged through very minor repairing [e.g. tigthening of nuts & bolts, only culking of lead joints, cleaning of head work site etc. as and when required ] as per satisfaction of the EIC including hire charges of tools & plants.N.B.i):- Daily rate to each labour will have to be paid by the ageny not less than Rs. 465.00 (Rupees four hundred sixty five) only per day and bonus amounting @ 8.33% per day of the daily worker.]N.B.ii):- A attendance register to be maintain at site (Payment to be made on production of attendance sheet duly signed by agency and counter signed by Govt. Officer.
