Removal of Bunk seals, opening and closing of bunks of each barrels and making all arrangements for measuring of HSD oil barrels and assisting Junior Engineer in measurement activities in all aspects

Filling HSD Oil from filled barrels to Oil Storage tank directly or through filling pits.

Filling of HSD Oil from Storage tank to Storage Tank with motor provided by the department as required.

Re stacking of 200/210 Ltrs capacity HSO oil, Lub oil, filled barrels when required

Re stacking of 200/210 Ltrs capacity empty barrels in oil storage yard as and when required

Changing of oil from leaking/damaged filled barrels in to good barrel 200/210 Ltrs capacity at storage yard/Jetty etc. Including conveyance/stacking of emptied barrels.

Handling and Transportation of Oil filled barrels 200/210 Ltr capacity from storage yard behind rice godown to Power House.

Transportation of empty barrels 200/210 Ltr capacity with bungs from power house to oil yard after filling including proper stacking and counting

Cleaning and removal of sediments, mud inside 15 KL storage tank once in 6 months

Scrapping, Cleaning and Painting of outer periphery of 15 KL storage tank with 1 coat red oxide metal powder and 2 coats of Aluminium paint once in a year full cost ( including cost of paint and painting materilas).

Cleaning of Power House yard and HSD storage yard including collection of mud, waste etc. and same may be transported and disposed as per the existing codal formalities of Administration.
