Bids Are Invited For Functional checking and adjustment of the drive unit, means of suspension, gear box, brakes, traction sheave & drum, ropes, deflector sheave, hoist way doors and guide rails of the elevator installation. Greasing the aforementioned sub-assemblies to the extent appropriate for the use made of the elevator installation. Checking and adjustment of the travel properties of the elevator installation, especially of their stopping accuracy. Visual and functional check of the switches, control, monitoring and their safety equipment, and display and lighting equipments. Checking of the elevator installation for functioning and damage. Checking the oil level of the drive unit. To the extent required to preserve their functioning, cleaning the aforementioned sub-assemblies of the elevator installation of dirt originating within the installation. Monthly, cleaning the machine room, car roof, and dry hoist way pit of dirt originating within the installation. AMC with License renewal & insurance of total 24 Nos. Lift at Type-II Block A, B, C, D & E, Type-III, IV, V and 480 Mens Barrack at Group Centre, CRPF, Sonepat, Haryana. (Including replacement/ repair of all parts and equipments required for smooth functioning of above lifts) for 01 Year (16 No. Passenger Lifts & 08 No. -Goods Lift). The tendered shall not be paid any extra amount for license renewal & insurance fee of 24 Nos lifts.
