Tender For Selection Of Supplier For Smart Classroom Equipment; 1 65 Interactive Flat Panel with OPS 2 Pairs 1. Legal Entity: The IFP OEM cannot be an individual or group of individuals. It should only be a registered legal entity such as (i) company registered under Companies Act, 1956 or or an equivalent law or ii) Limited Liability Partnership, Act 2008 or equivalent law applicable in any State of India. Certificate of incorporation to be provided 2. Operational Presence in: a. IFP OEM should be in operation in India for not less than last 5 years preceding bid due date. & b. IFP OEM should also have domestic manufacturing facility in India for IFP. Proof BIS to be provided. 3. Turnover (In India): Eligibility criteria to be full filled by the IFP OEM - Turnover (In India / Global) The IFP OEM should have average annual turnover (India / Global) of Rs. 250 crore or more from IFP /Smart Display having size not less than 55 inch during the last three financial years (2020-21, 2021- 22 & 2022-23). Supporting Document: In-case of global turnover, the OEM needs to provide audited financial statement verified by the Indian Chartered Accountant 4. Positive Net Worth (In India): Positive Net Worth (In India/ Global) The IFP-OEM should have positive Net Worth as per the last audited financial statement. In-case of global turnover, the OEM needs to provide audited financial statements verified by the Indian Chartered Accountant. 5. Insolvency / Bankruptcy: The IFP OEM must not have been declared insolvent/ bankrupt or should not have filed for insolvency/ bankruptcy or in the process of being declared bankrupt before any designated authority preceding bid due date. Blacklisting: The IFP OEM should not have been blacklisted by the Central Government, State Governments, PSU or any Government Corporations in India, preceding bid due date. Project Experience: Eligibility criteria to be full filled by the IFP OEM Project Experience a) The IFP OEM should have executed sales order of IFP/Smart Display (Same OEM/Brand as per MAF) having size not less than 55 inch with the following work order quantities with any Centre/State Government /PSU/Govt Educational Institute in India in last 5 years ending on 31st December 2023. (i.e.: - from 1st January 2019 to 31st December 2023). 1. One work order of minimum 5927 Qty, or 2. Two work orders of minimum 3704 Qty, or 3. Three work orders of minimum 2963 Qty, or 4. Cumulative orders quantity not less than 11855 “Smart Display” Definition: 4K interactive/touch display, equipped with an integrated processing/computing unit having an operating system (Android or Windows) and shall have a screen size greater than 55 inches. This specification excludes digital signage boards or video walls. Additional Qualification Criteria: - 1. No sub-contracting and consortium is allowed in this bid in any form 2.
