| 1 | Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of amicrocontroller based wireless controller system designed for controlling dewatering pump to manage water level in sump/ water collection pit. The wireless controller communicates on 865~868Mhz band for long range communication. This control system integrates microcontroller technology with wireless data reception capabilities to receive various sensor data wirelessly to indicate & control water level through single/ dual pumps. It will indicate 5 levels thorugh LED/LCD display (minimum 56mm height) for real-time visualization of water levels and sensor data, alongside four potential-free relays that enable the system to operate single or dual motors (three-phase) based on specific conditions. The controller starts the motors when water levels cross the threshold value for max level in sump/ water collection pit and stop them when the water level reach minimum threshold value. There should be an audio & visual alarm, if water level in sump pit cross limit of dangerous level. It should also give visual indication for various fault conditions etc as reqd. |
| 2 | Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), Building Management Systems (BMS), and Remote Terminal Units (RTUs) to facilitate data exchange on water levels, motor statuses, sensor configurations, and operational commands. It should be capable to change internal setting through modbus from RTU/ BMS system. The controller\"s enclosure should be made from minimum 0.80mm thick MS sheet with a powder-coated finish and a 3mm thick polycarbonate sheet protecting the display area. It must confirming to standards for fire hazard (IEC60695-2-10:2021) and ingress protection (IP65 per IS/IEC 60529:2001), ensuring reliability in various environmental conditions. It should have suitable fixing/ mounting arrangement. |
| 3 | Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 5V DC operated microcontroller based control module to operate multiple motors/ priming pumps/ motorized valves (Maximum 4 Nos in total) in pre-determined sequence. It will have 230V 10amp potential free relay (8 Nos) to operate motors as per desired configurations. It will have capability to configure the settings through wifi. It will also have start and stop button to operate the sequential operation. It can also receive command from external controller to operate the sequential operation in pre-determined sequence. Duration of motorized valve & priming pumps should be configurable independently to assist priming of main pumps. It should also have lock of motor operation which can be access through wifi etc as reqd. |
| 4 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of ultra-low power with integrated Battery (to power minimum 8Year), RF based ultra low powered wireless water level data transmitter (minimum 15dBm power) operating in frequency band 865~868mHZ, confirming to EN 300 220 and ingress protection IP68, conductivity based copper sensors to read 5 Level (20%, 40%, 60%, 80% & 100%) of water tank and conductivity based flow status and transmit the data wirelessly to controller cum receiver unit. It will have input for motorized valve status and conductive flow sensor to communicate it wirelessly tocontroller/ indicator unit etc. as reqd. |
| 5 | GSM Gateway Module: Supply, installation, testing &commissioning of 230V AC operated GSM Gateway module, a communication interface gateway to communicate the data between web server and controller/ Indicator/ level transmitters. UART/ modbus/WIFI/ FSK wireless protocol are used for communication to receive data wth controller/ Indicator/ Flow meter/ Motorized valve/ Temperature Sensor/ Humidity sensor/ Pressure sensor/ Repeater. The GSM unit will be equipped with IOT SIM of cellular network provider for communication with server. It will have LCD display to indicate various data and status of gateway. It has rugged ABS body with IP65 rating for trouble free operation. |
| 6 | Providing web based remote Controller/ Water level monitoring system by providing access to control/ information panel at Central server of minimum Tier-III level data centre in India. It will trigger SMS alerts for various events on crossing limits. The cost include only for access to server/ application and it does not include the cost of required hardware.The cost of hardware will be charged seperately but the cost of running the services is included.For access to Motor controller/ Valve Controller to operate - For 12 months |
