AHU shall comprising of mixing box section with Aluminium air foil blade low leakage type F/A & R/A dampers suitable for manual operation.Fresh air with 10 micron filter,Pre filter section with flange type 5 micron filters, Coil section with 6 row INTERLACED / INTERWINTED design DX cooling coil to make multi distributers for multiple circuits as per the site requirement. Heater bankwith high efficiency finned heater mounting on insulated porcelain supportswith fire retarded cabling etc., Heaters shall be operated with PID controllers in conjunction with temperature& RH controllers, insulated SS 304 stainless steel drain pan, fan section with DIDW Limit Load centrifugal fan, EFF1 motor, CFL lamps for filter sections,fan section with on / off switches for operation from outside, limit switch for the fan section access door with a view port, belt drive with taper lock bush pulleys. fire retardant flexible canvas connection between fan & AHU panel, internal vibration mounts under the fan & motor frame, Install Differential pressure Gauge/Switch (Photohelic type) across fine filter section and across pre-filter section. All the internal wiring of the unit for lamps & door interlock etc shall be in the scope of the AHU vendor(All the dampers shall be low leakage aluminium aerofoil design and suitable for manualoperation.
