During this the system shall be cleaned and general performance will be checked.(b) DC backup source will be maintained properly by applying white petrolium jelly, checking/servicing of batteries etc as applicable.(c) Apart from the periodic preventive maintenance visits all break down calls on system arised during the contract period shall be attended quickly to keep the UPS system in operational condition. (d) Cost of all the minor spares required to put the UPS in working condition shall be borne by the contractor during the contract period and the rates for the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the Contractor.(e) Response time during normal working hours shall be 4 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint and the resolution time shall be maximum 48 hrs based on the nature of complaint and replacement of components and parts etc.(f) Major Parts required for repair / replacement shall be measured and paid for seprately under relevant items of Schedule. |
