| 30 | Erection of40 mtrs height Ground based structural Steel Tower as per approved Genetic requirements No.GR TWR-12/01 June 2005 with all its necessary components Viz climbing ladder, platforms with railing and fixing with bolts, nuts, plain and spring washers. Cost includes necessary welding and alteration of any mismatching holes to the members wherever required complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge (NOTE:Rate includes cost of all operations involved in hoisting and erection of tower including hire and labour charges of tools, plants and machineries all insurance, safety provision , acceptance testing etc all complete ) Tower material shall be supplied by department at site. (Weight of Tower material approximately about 8.30 MT)(1. Insurance for labour deployed shall be submitted along with the final bill failing which recovery of Rs. 10,000/- will be deducted from the bill.) |

| 34 | Providing and fabrication to required sizes of Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in build up sectioons, trusses and framed work,consisting of Angles, Flats, Plates and tubes including galvanisation, nuts & bolts per approved drawing. The galvanizing shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610 gm/sqm (approximately 85 micron). The steel sections shall be of M.S.grade \"A\" as per IS: 2062. Cost of galvanization is inclusive. The payment shall be made as per the standard structural steel tables for the bare steel sectional weights. All complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (Item is operated for any missing tower members including nuts and bolts of grade 5.6 or higher grade all as specified in the tower drawing with plain & spring washer as directed by Engineer in charge) |
| 35 | Mechanical transportation of tower members comprising MS angles , flats , plates, pipes nuts and bolts etc of varying sizes and lengths from BSNL Stores at Khammam or any specified place to work site.The Job includes charges towards transporation ,loading and unloading and stackingall the tower members at the designated location of all members with requiredleads and all liftsas per directions of Engineer -in-charge. .(Approximate weight of tower members is about 8.30 MT) |

The work shall be carried by specialised fabricator as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (BTS shelter material, Antistatic flooring will be supplied by BSNL at no cost. Sealant, adhesive, rivets& nuts as required shall be arranged by agency which are inclusive in the quoted rate ) |
