| 3 | Dismantling and taking down old lift complete with sliding doors and carrage including all associated components and stacking at site after disconnection of all electrical connections, transportation to the MES store yard complete all as specifid and directed.Note:-Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of dismantling the old lift, loading/unloading, transporation and handing over to MES at store yard including necessary T&P required at site. |
| 4 | Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with standard aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4.0 core confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid in cable trenches/duct/wall/surfaces/pipe including compression gland, lugs as required site complete all as specified and directed. |
| 5 | Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out for hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 6 | Returning, filling including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thickness using excavated soil complete all as specified and directed. |
| 7 | Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point for soil complete all as specified and directed |
| 8 | Material and labour for sand cushioning to the full width of trenches for protection of cables including punning down complete all as specified and directed.Note :-Thickness of sand cushioning shall be the thickness after punning down. |
| 9 | Supply and fixing burnt bricks sub class B designation 75 old size for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed. |
| 10 | Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead 32mm x 6mm thick GI strip by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed.Note :-Main earth lead beyond 7.5 metre measured and paid for separately. |
| 11 | Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe of fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 32mm x 6mm galvanised iron strip complete all as specified and directed. |
