Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid for Services - works contract for Carrying out Machining of jobs which involves Turning Drilling Milling in SCR Division - 1- Carrying out Machining of jobs which involves Turning, Drilling & Milling including Deburring by various types of machines available in Machine Shop, SCR Block BHEL Bhopal 2-Maintaining the work area and equipment in a clean orderly condition and following the BHEL prescribed safety regulations. 3-- Familiar with the basic machine functions in order to perform all tasks required from each machine. Type of Major Machines available in Machine Shop for machining job is hereunder: Type Of Machine(Tentative List) in Machine Shop : SL NO DESCRIPTION 1 Grinding Machine 2 Turret lathe(7/8/10 Combinations) 3 HERBERT 2D/3D CAPSTAN LATHE 4 Surface Grinding & Broaching Machine 5 Horizontal & Vertical Milling Machine 6 Radial & Double Spindale Drilling Machine 7 CNC Machines(Sandstorm,Puma10,VMC-800,STC-30 & Batliboi) 4- Performing other work-related duties as assigned by BHEL. DETAILED SCOPE OF WORKS 1. The work will be done at SCR-Division, within BHEL factory Premises, EOT Crane will be provided by BHEL BHOPAL. 2. The contractor shall be using his own tools and tackles for Assembly. Documentary proof for above items specific to works Contract in shop shall be provided by Contractor within two week of contract awarded. Special tools required, if any, shall be provided by BHEL. 3. Wiring & fitting material shall be provided by BHEL. 4. Supervision of the work shall be done by the contractor. 5. The work shall be as per BHEL quality standard. 6. The workers used by the contractor shall be Skilled Man Power. 7. The contractor shall adhere with safety norms for his employees. 8. The work shall be executed as per BHEL working time. The contractor may be advised to call their worker in 2nd shift, 3rd shift and as & when required. Persons could be engaged in overtime as and when required. 9. In case of dissatisfaction, rework shall be done at contractors, cost & contract can be terminated prematurely by giving 30 days’ notice in writing. 10. Sample quality shall be accessed for quality before further continuation of the contract. 11. Material from stores/CRX/Plating area, other feeder areas to work place and dispatch area shall be arranged by contractor. 12. Contractor shall maintain proper cleanliness in the work area. All material shall be properly stacked for identification. 13. Contractor shall obtain no dues from Tool Store before submitting final bill of works Contract Total Quantity :
