No. Item Description 1 The Following work is required for smooth operation of cooling fan installed on 40 MVA T/F-II at 132 KV S/S Sirathu, Kaushambi. The details of work listed below. 2 Supply and fixing of winding temperature indicator (analog type) of temp range from (0-150) OC, 5A, AC/DC both and consist of two flexible capillarytubes of 05 meter long and 04 no mercury bulb switchfor alarm, trip and cooling control system of power Transformer of standard make. Work includes fixing of capillary inside the temperature sensing element within the tank and proper termination of connection at both ends. 3 Supply and fixing of Oil temperature indicator (analog type) of temp range from (0-150) OC, SA, AC/DC both and consist of two flexible capillary tubes of 05 meter long and 02 no mercury bulb switchfor alarm & trip of power Transformer of standard make. Work includes fixing of capillary inside the temperature sensing element within the tank and proper termination of connection at both ends. This work also include replacement of damage oil temp indicator mounted on radiator tank. (including all supply). 4 Supply and fixing of 01 no main switch of 3P/IW, 415V, 16A rating and 01 no MCB of 4 pole, 415 V.16A rating for 3 phase incomingsupply for cooling fans. 5 Supply and fixing of 01 no 415 volt, 16 A, 4 No, contactor for main supply of cooling fans installed on 20 MVA T/F work includes proper connection of contactor with ACDB or AC cubical installed in theswitchyard. 6 Supply and fixing of 04 no fan control contactors of rating 230v, 9A, 08 NO, for auto function of cooling fans and 03 no relays of rating 230 V. 9A, 02 NO-02 NC for supply monitoring for cooling fans. 7 Fixing of 08 no, 3 pole MCB of rating 230 V, 2A on the rail fixed on the front side of marshaling box (MCB provided by department free of cost). 8 Supply and Fixing of 08 no overload relay (Type 3US5000) of rating (0.5-1A) for cooling fan of transformer on the front side of the marshaling box. 9 Wiring of all interconnection with proper ferrules and lugs of suitable size with 4 mm2 flexible insulated copper conductors for power connection and with 2.5 mm2 flexible insulated copper conductor for control connection in the marshaling box up to completion of works satisfactorily. (Works includes supply and fixing of cable gland(all size), wire, rail base, ferrule, lugs, supply and fixing of gasket for marshalling box, repairing of box with front door as required for proper operation of marshalling box, selector switch as per requirement will be provided/done by contractor on their own cost). 10 Supply and fixing of 10 no fan control switches for on/off control of fans (ON/OFF) of ratings 415 V 10A of standard make. 11 Supply and fixing of 02 no fan control contactors of type 3TS30 and rating 230 V, 9A, 6NO-2NC for control operating of cooling fans of standard make. 12 Preparation of Interconnection drawing & Modification in marshaling box, wiring for new control and switching eqipment to be installed in the cubical box. The work includes submission of drawing. Connection/Termination as approved by department (in 3 copy). 13 Supply and fixing of 10 no tap position indicator of push off type with the rating 230 V, 2A, and 01 no panel lamp (LED) of 230 V, 8W suitable for RTCC panel of said T/F.
