Tender For S/I/T/C Of Air-Cooled Vfd Screw Chillers Of Actual Capacity Of Min 3 X 145 Tr For Biotech Centre Building University Of Delhi South Campus.; 1 Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning ofAir Cooled VFD Screw type chilling machine each having a minimum Actual - 145 TR capacity of comprisingscrew compressor with stepless capacity control and direct driven motor, insulated shell and tube type flooded evaporator, air cooled condenser made of copper tubes with aluminium fins & complete with High efficiency fans. The chiller package shall also be complete with copper piping, first charge of R-134A refrigerant gas and system control wiring, Unit Mounted IP54 VFD Starter, incoming suitable electrical isolator complete with accessories as required, automatic & safety controls including electronic expansion valve. Chiller shall be suitable for operation up to 50 °C. The chiller package shall be installed on a fabricated mild steel base frame factory assembled to form a compact. OEM must have BEE Star Labeled Chiller and should comply indian BIS standard. 2 Suitable capacitymotor with class F insulation suitable for operation on 415 +/- 10% volts, 50Hz, A.C. supply. Vertical type Screw Compressors / Compressors with Discharge gas cooled motor are not acceptable. 3 Condenser Shall be of Copper Tube with Al fins type only. MCHX condenser is not acceptable.
