Tender For Structural Repairs To De-Aerator Structure, Feed Water Control Station Floor And Other Areas In Cpp At Hwpm.; 1 Providing all tools, tackles,labour, and material for Decoiling, straightening, cutting, bending,fixing and tieing in position Reinforcement bars with two strands of 18 gauge soft drawn annealed ms binding wire etc. all complete as per direction of Engineer-in charge. ( welding etc., if necessary) 2 Providing all tools, tackles,labour and materialfor Providingscaffolding and shuttering using G.I.Pipe/ wooden shuttering wherever necessary and for making working platforms etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in charge. Note:- (1) The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose.(2) The payment will be made once only for execution of all items for such works. 3 Providing all tools tackles materials and applying average15 mm thick plastering with rendering at all levels on columns, beams, RCC louversand other areaswith ready to use one part polymer modified cement mortar RENDROC S OR S2 of FOSROC CHEMICALSor equivalent, chipping out theloose concrete spallings, hacking the concrete surface for bonding ,surface preparation, applying Nito zink primer on exposed reinforcement and curing with Nito bond AR or equivalent of the concrete/ plastered areas as per manufacturers specifications. (NOTE desirable properites of the mortor will be high and early compressivestrength, low permeability, and high resistance to chemical attack). (upto a height of 15m, scaffolding cost will be paid separately) as directed by the engineer in charge. 4 Providing and finishing with Epoxy paint two or more coats on concrete / plastered surface over a coat of epoxy primer at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturers specification includung surface preparation etc. complete as directed by the engineer in charge with : 5 Epoxy primer suitable for epoxy coatings as per manufacture specifications 6 Bisphenol resin based epoxy (Araldite GY-250 + Aradur HY 140 or equivalent (in 2:1 ratio) as per manufacturers specification 7 Bisphenol resin based epoxy (Araldite GZ-7071x75 + Aradur 423x w60 or equivalent(in 1.2:1 ratio) as per manufacturers specification
