| 1 | Annual/Comprehensive maintenanceof the off Grid connected roof top solar PV plant for generation of 1700 KVA Off Grid connected roof top solar PV plant for generation of 1700KVA (AC)/ 1700KWp comprising of the following :- |
| 2 | a)Comprehensive maintenance would include washing/ cleaning of Solar PV Modules fortnightly basis as per pre-planned schedule. b)Checking electrical parameter of the installed power plant. c) Any other job other than above indicated jobs would be covered under warranty of Solar plant installed. c)Keeping the area neat and clean free from vegetations growth.d)Material and labour for replacement of defective power condition units (PSU)/inverters/String Invertor with maximum power point tracker/tracking (MPPT) feature, cable and other electrical works shall be included in the O&M quoted cost. e)Cost of equipment and spare parts other than given above shall be included in the O&M quoted cost. |
| 3 | a) Generala. The Operator shall operate and maintain the Plant inaccordance with th eprovisions of this O&M Plan / O&M Procedures and Good Industry Practices.b. Operator shall observe and strictly comply with the Applicable Laws for the operation and maintenance of the Plant in accordance with the provisions of this O&M.b) Operationsa. Measurement and monitoring*of the electricity production through appropriate monitoring systems for the period of the Term of the contract.c). The following will be monitored:i. Measurement,and calculations of the Plant current and nominal performance*ii. Any unusual conditions found during operation/inspections.iii. Any system disturbances/outagesiv. The Operator from time to time will recommend certain incorporation of technology / process improvements / equipment upgrade for improved performance of plants along-with a cost benefit analysis. The implementation of thesame willbe done subject to approval from Owner. The Operator will undertake the implementation of the works, on a additional cost basis post a written approval from the Owner.v. The monthly generation reports of the Solar Power Plant is to be provied by the contractors.d) Maintenancea. PreventativeMaintenance:i. TheOperatorshallberesponsibleforensuringsmoothoperationsofallcomponents.ii. Toinspectandmaintainperiodicallytheplantequipmentasperthepreventiveand curative maintenance schedule.iii. TheoperatorshallcarryoutPVmodulecleaningonceeverymonthforeffective generation as required.e)Operator’sRepresentative and Personnela) Operator shall, designate a duly qualified and experienced person to manage and administerthe O&M Services for the performance of the O&M Services, Operator shall employ only such personnel those are qualified, skilled and experienced in their respective callings.f) The Operator shall perform the services in relation to the Plant in accordance with the safety management plans, SOPs and procedures as applicable and/or in accordance with accepted industry practices. The operator shall adhere to the health and safety standards to ensure minimal accidents during the Term.g) The Operator,for any major equipment fail such as Inverters/Solarmodule/ACDBshallrepair& repair/change the equipment on free of cost basis for Manpower/Material as applicable. Difference in generation producein KWH after depriciation unit of 6% will be recovered from contractor due as per rate of works order amount per unit of plant.Note No.3: Comprehensive maintenance of solar power plant shall start from the day ofhanding over of site. The scope of comprehensive maintenance shall be as under:-Terms & Conditions:• Any spares & material required during O&M of plant shall be provided by Contractor.• Payment:100% of total contract sum after completion of each Year.• Cost of plant Insurance shall be borne by contractor.• Permanent dedicated Technical staff shall be provided by contractor. |
