Quotation For Aluminum Work At Bmhrc -1 Providing & fixing aluminum work for doors,windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS : 733 and IS : 1285,fixing with dash fasteners of required dia. and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions,1.e. At top,bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/neoprene gaskets etc.. Aluminum sections shall be smooth , rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle. Aluminum Snap beading for glazing/paneling,C.P brass/stainless steel screws,all complete as per architectural drawings and the direction of Engineer -in-charge. Glazing,paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.: For fixed portion Powder Coated aluminium ( aluminum Thick ness of powder coating 50 micron) Pipe. 2 For shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket required ( Fittings shall be paid for separately) Powder Coated aluminium (aluminum Thick ness of powder coating 50 micron) 3 Providing & fixing 12mm thick pre- laminated particle board flat pressed three layer of graded wood particle board conforming to IS : 12823 Grade I Type II, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P brass/ stainless steel screws etc. complete as per directions of engineer – in – charge. Prelaminated particle board with decorative lamination on other side . 4 Providing & fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings & the directions of the engineer -in- charge With Float glass panes of 5.0mm thickness 5 Providing & fixing anodised aluminium grill of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P brass/stainless steel screws @ 200 mm centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening , all complete as per requirement and direction of Engineer -incharge. 6. Providing & fixing aluminum handles, ISI marked, anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 125mm Aluminium handle 7 Providing & fixing bright finished brass 100mm mortice lock with 6 levers without pair of handles of approved quality for aluminum door ,with necessary screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer – in – Charge. 8 Providing & fixing aluminum tower bolts, ISI marked, anodised transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with necessary screws etc. complete : 250 x 10mm
