Trimming of tree branches over hanging over roofs etc. including shifting of debris / branches etc. at suitable place or as directed.

M&L for cleaning of North light glasses over roofs from both sides inner & outer (Rates are inclusive for cleaning from both sides of each SQM of glass)

Hacking out old broken glass of any thickness, size , quality or description from metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins / spring clips and providing and fixing new ones, glazed with putty or fixed with beads.

S&F of rough cast wired glass, 6.4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty or fixing with flats in square area exc 0.50 sqm n exc 0.75 sqm

S&F of rough cast wired glass, 6.4 mm thick and glazing with oil putty or fixing with flats in square area exc 1sqm n exc 1.5 sqm

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sqm including cleaning surfaces.

M&L for 6mm thick asbestos cement, corrugated or semi-corrugated sheets in roofs, wall etc fixed with coach screws.

Removing building materials etc. to a distance of 100m or under, beyondthe lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.
