LReplacement/ cleaning of thermo well for steam temp, flue gas temp, hot air temp including fabrication of any fittings if needed.Replacement/ maintenance of old and defective temperature elements (TC, RTD).

Laying of new cables from field (ID fan /FD fan/PA fan/Ball mill etc.) area to control room and from JB to instruments including fixing of cable trays.

Replacement/rerouting of furnace draft impulse lines, primary/secondary air lines, Gas lines etc.

Replacement/commissioning of isolating/drain valves with nipples in impulse lines.

Dismantling, removal of old impulse lines and welding of new impulse lines with isolating/drain valves in Steam pressure/ Drum pressure/ Feed water pressure/ Steam flow/ Injection Flow (L & R)/ Drum levels/ Steam flow and Feed water flow with inspection.

Removal of unused/damaged cables from instrument panels, control panels, junction boxes and cable gallery including dressing of cables in instrument panels, control panels, junction boxes.

Fixing of canopy for field Instruments/actuators.

Maintenance of electrical actuators and limit switch setting and oil filling.

Fixing of new JBs/ Replacement/ Maintenance of defective JBs with cable termination.

Servicing of relays, contactors, VPIs, etc.

Maintenance of Control panel / Actuator panel / Instrument panel / Protection panel including circuit modification and terminal replacement.
Erection / Maintenance of LP impulse for ball mill air differential pressure measurement, laying / maintenance of SS / copper tubes for oil burner solenoids.

MS welding work like fabrication of actuator stands, JB frames, welding of angles and channels etc. for C&I system along with all consumables and necessary T&P for welding jobs.

Commissioning of electronic pressure switches / contact manometer / pressure gauges including fabrication of stand and impulse lines.
