| 31 | Repair to Charpoy GI Pipe with plytop (FD-220):- S & F for replacement of existing unserviceable/damaged plywood top of charpoy GI pipe with new 12 mm thick plywood (07 Nos plies) BWR grade plywood (ISI marked) commercial grade and tightening the complete charpoy GI i.e. loose check nuts, elbows, long rail and short rail etc, and making its overall size 1980 x 900 x 440 mm and making suitable for fixing plywood on the top of the charpoy, shape & size as shown in drawing or complete all as directed by Engineer in charge. |
| 32 | M& L replacement for 02 Nos stiffener per charpoy (size 900x40x5 mm),with new one made out of mild steel FI 40mm X 5 mm , which to be fixed to charpoy frame with nut ,bolts & washer etc. 06 mm dia & 17 mm long ,total 08 Nos of nuts & bolts with 06 mm dia 16 Nos washer of each charpoy including making 02 Nos hole on each long rails cleat, 02 Nos hole on each short rails cleat and 02 Nos hole on each stiffeners shall be provided with nuts & bolts to fix the plywood with the charpoy frame.Nut , boltswasher provided shall be galvanised countersunk. Also supply of mild steel flat iron cleats(08 Nos. cleats each charpoy) of size 40mm (W) x5mm (Th)x 40mm (L) duly holed, which to be fixed by welding to the long and short rail. Shape & size as shown in drawing including two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on exposed surface of mild steer surface with including taking down/ replacement of old broken/damaged stiffener&cleats complete all as specified and directed. |
