(a) Business/ User Requirement Study for the application(b) Assessment of the requirement of hardware, software, network connectivity and other computing resources and their deployment on the CDAC-GSDL Cloud Platform (c) Design, Development, Integration, Implementation, deployment/ hosting and Testing of Integrated Internet-enabled Geo-Relational Databases and GIS Application Services as per business/ user requirement study and National / International Standards and Best Practices.(d) Development of standards-based State Data Catalogue/ Registers/ Geo-Relational Databases to facilitate search/ discovery/ access for GSDL data sets and automated application services
