Providing comprehensive maintenance of the following lift with microprocessor based control, V3F drive, Auto Rescue Device (excluding ARD batteries)etcincluding monthly checking and servicing of the lift, attending breakdown incidents including cleaning, lubricating the guides and all moving parts ,replacing the lubricating oil including that of reduction gears as and when required, checking and adjusting carlevels in all the floors, checking and ensuring that all safety provisions are intact, checking and replacing all damaged and unserviceable components including motors , suspension ropes and reduction gears, attending all break down calls as and when intimated over telephone and setting right the lift by arranging genuine materials /spares ,consumables and labour etc as required.
