Provision for cutting down the trees grown on fortification wall including removal of rank vegetation consisting with thorny bushes and small trees including removal of roots of trees penetrated in the fortification wall by chiseling and applying the tree-killer over it to stop the further growth by climbing with rope ladder, ropes, tying, holding the rope ladder by the skilled mazdoor up to a height of about 10 Mtr. and disposing the unwanted to a safe distance etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Dismantling the existing damaged/decayed stone pathway including sorting out and stacking serviceable material at the site and disposing the unwanted material beyond the ASI premises etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete in 1:3:6 with using 20mm metal including laying, compaction, curingetc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing and laying two line dressed stone step pathway in irregularsize not less thah 0.45x0.30x0.20 and having thickness of 0.15 to 0.20mt.fixed in Cement Morter1:3 with paper joint . The stone slab are to be obtained from approved quarry that to be matched with colour , texture and fabrics including all loading , unloading ,lifting ,shifting at the work site and fixing in position etc, curing etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing recess pointing with Lime mortar 1:1:1 for pathway including conveyance of material and curing etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Providing ancient traditional pattern teak wood main entrance door Item No. 7. Providing and fixing ancient traditional pattern best teakwood doors of opening size 3.50 x 2.22 Mtr main entrance door to prevent unauthorized entries during night time, using best teak wood frame sections of 15cmx125cm in teak wood planks fixing with tong and groove joints and providing MS iron thumb nails, provide MS iron flat strip 100x10mm thick specially making in traditionally iron work by black smith as per directed and followed to ancient pattern, in two leaf with wicket gate having horizontal support of same sizes sections including wooden carving as per fort door Maratha pattern design and moulding, providing ancient pattern locking arrangement and vertical hinges etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Removal of deteriorated and damaged lime concrete from rampart at a height of 3 mtr approx., including erecting and removal of the appropriate scaffolding for execution, cleaning the surface by dry brushing, preparing the bed for laying fresh un-slaked lime concrete and disposing the unwanted materials to the safe distance etc. complete as per the direction of site incharge.

Provision for laying lime surki mortar 1: 1:1 ( Lime:Sand:Surki) with 20 mm brick agregate for water tightening the top surface of caves, laying as per the requirement, beating the lime concrete layment for 7 days time to time till coming up the creamy layer of mortar on surface by pouring admixture of traditional in gradients by mixing pebbles, herbal plants extracts for additional strengthening etc. complete as per the direction of the site incharge.
