The work including excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12 ratio (cement ,fine sand & brick ballast)first class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 foundation CC in 1:4:8 ratio (cement ,fine sand & brick blast) and RCC working ratio 1:2:4 (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge using MS Bars of 10mm dia( tor ) inreinforcement including its cutting ,bending & binding in required shape .The work also includes laying of 2 No 4 Mts. long each rail pieces complete with cutting & proper fitting etc. The plinth will be plastered/ finished on top and sides of the plinth. 36 Erection and installation of 33/11kV, 5 or 10 MVA transformer in a levelled position on the plinth. The work includes shifting of transformer to the site of installation within the substation premises, assembling fixing and fitting of all accessories and filling of transformer oil to the desired level and ensuring that there is no leakage. Providing & fixing Copper.L-piece 07 No for transformer. All the jumpering & connection are included in the scope of work. (All materials shall be provided by the contractor) 37 PLINTH FOR VCB Construction of plinth of size 2.0 mtr x 1.5 mtr x 0.9 mtr suitable for erection of upper structure for 33KV VCB including grouting of anchor bolts in proper alignment and level. Scope of work includes excavation of foundation base concreting in CC 1:6:12(cement, fine sand& brick ballast ),1st class brick work in cement mortar of ratio 1:4 CC in ratio 1:4:8 and RCC work in ratio 1:2:4(cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge )as per drawing. 38 INSTALLATION OF VCB Installation of 33KV VCB complete work including commissioning. 39 FABRICATION ,ERECTION & GROUTING OF ISOLATOR STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of isolator structures 3.5 Mtr. In height as per drawing No. RES 39.Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.9x0.3 Mtr. Providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the isolator structure in CC (cement coarse sand and stone grit of 20m.m gauge)of the ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075 Mtrx0.3 mm including supply of all T&P complete in allrespect. Both plinths of the isolator structure shall be properly finished with smoothening of edges. 40 INSTALLATION OF ISOLATORS Assembling and installation of line /bus isolator on the isolator structure adjusting of opening mechanism in proper alignment so as to ensure smooth operation of the same in case of line isolator proper operation of earth links shall also be insured. The work includes fabrication forproper flxing if required. 41 LIGHTENING ARRESTOR /C.T.STRUCTURE:- Fabrication of lightening arrestor/CT structure/.as per drawing No. Res-39 Digging of two Nos.pits of size 1.075x0.3x0.3Mtr providing stone pad at the bottom of the pit and grouting of two legs of the above structures in CC (Cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20mm gauge) of ratio 1:4:8 in block of 1.075Mtr X0.3Mtr including supply of all civil materialcomplete in all respect. Both plinths of the structures shall be properly finished with champering of edges etc. 42 INSTALLATION OF LIGHTENINGARRESTORS Assembling and installation Mounting of 3Nos (1 set) lightening arrestors on the L.A.Structure/ complete with making earth connections(separate)and line connections the work includes fabrication for proper fixingif required. 43 INSTALLATION OF CT Installation of 3 Nos.(1 set) CTs on the /CTs structure . Along with C.T. J/B. The work includes fabrication for proper fixing if required. 44 Shifting carefully, installation & commissioning of 33KV Single/Double circuit TF/ feeder control panelin control room including grouting of above. 45 INSTALLATION OF SWITCHGEARS IN CONTROLROOM Shifting carefully & safely 11KV Incoming/ Outgoing/Bus Coupler switchgear from outside of the switchgear room, including grouting the two No.100x50x6mm channels pieces (each 800mm long including cutting to size) and foundation bolts in 1;2:4 CC (including cutting of CC of the floor and finishing of floor) as per direction of Engineer in charge placing and fixing of switchgear on foundation providing G.I.Nuts & Bolts of proper size in proper position and alignment and checking, complete work with Mounting of P.T on incoming S/G. (All material shall be provided by the contractor) 46 Fabrication and erection of cable support made of two pieces of M.S channel 100x50mm,3.0 Mtr. Long joined to each other by means of 5 Nos.M.S Flat 50x6mm pieces of size 150mm long each by welding at equal intervals as per drawing and grouting in a block of size300x300x700mm complete with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of aluminium paint. This includes providing of four nos M.S clamp made of M.S flat holding the cable including nuts and bolts and fixing of XLPE Cable. (All material shall be provided by the contractor except M S Channel) 47 Fabrication & erection of cable exposure type double pole with the provision of separate bus bar for each cable with fixing of necessary clamps and other accessories like danger board, number plate, barbed wire, 9 No pin insulators with pins,2 No channels 100x50mm (1600mm each),1 NoMS channel 100x50 mm(3200mm in length) and 2 NoMS angle 65x65x6 mm (each 3200mm in length ) for supporting the hoisting of cable etc. Its jumpering by single core PVC aluminium cable with proper size of lug as per RESSPO norms.(All material to be arranged by contractor except STP, MS Channel, MS Angle,Pin Insulator, Pin with nut &PVC cable). 48 Grouting & plinting of STP in depth of 1/6ththe length of pole in ratio 1:4:8 in cement sand and brick ballast and construction of pole plinth 300mm x 45mm above ground level in 1:2:4 in cement, coarse sand and stone grit as per RESSPO norms. 49 Painting of STP with one coat of red oxide & two coats ofbest quality top 2 M PO Red paint and remaining al. Paint (ISI mark) as per RESPO norms. 50 EARTHING OF 11KV & 33KV SWITCHGEARS Earthing of indoor equipments by means of M.S strip 50x6mm connecting to Boaringtypeearthing as per RESSPO norms. Joints will be welded with high quality are welding. (All material shall be provided by the contractor) 51 Earthing by way of boring and lowering of B Class GI pipe 50 mm dia from ground upto the water level (minimum 40 mtr. Deep )as per standardpractice (All material shall be provided by the contractor)as per RESSPO norms. 52 Fabrication and grouting of M.S Angle 75x75x6 or 65x65x6mm in L shape & in proper size and alignment to provide support for theseparate earthing strips for power transformer neutral including supply andfixing of flexible copper bonds for neutral earthing. (Only Steel provided by dept.) 53 Construction of cabletrench of size 300x300 mm with weldedframe typecontrol cable trench cover suitable for trench including cost of MS/Torr Bar. 54 Providing and Laying of following size copper ,control cable throughunderground /cable trench/trenching SGR interlinking through proper connections to transformer control panel/protection board /Battery and Batter Charger /Relays 33/11 KV Transformer junction box/ 33KV VCB, CT etc. as per conditions. 55 4x2.5 mm2 56 6x2.5 mm2 57 Fixing of cable Trayfor support of copper control cable 58 High pressure testing of XLPE cable .Testing equipmentwill be arranged by the contractor 59 Jumpering of all equipments in switch yard with Panther conductor P.G.clams & proper size aluminium lugs including stringing Busbar.(all meterials shall be provided by the contractor except conductor) 60 Providing & fixing of connector for CT ,isolator etc. 61 Painting of 33 kv feederNameon the Cable stand as per instruction of site engineer 62 Painting of all structures & equipments & accessories. (All materials shall be provided by the contractor ).as per RESSPO Norms. 63 Welding of riser strip with boring type earthing to transformer body & transformer neutral, 33 KV VCB, LA , CT & Bus/Line Isolator etcwith G.I Strip 50x6 mm . 64 Dismantling Charges of Pole structure with accessory, conductor etc and carriage of receive back material from site to store ESC 65 GST SHALL BE PAID EXTRA
