Tender For Mc And Ew (Development Of Repair Of Buildings) To Masonry Remains On Bamuni Hill, Tezpur (2024-25) As Specified In The Boq; 1 Execution of works 2 Provision for purchase of a 16mm 4 core copper wire 50mtr long armoured cable its installation and electrician charges for supply of electric connection to the Tezpur Sub-Circle office. 3 Provision for purchase of one inverter (Luminous) with 150AH Tubular Battery with Trolley Combo (ISI marked) and connecting the same to the Office (inclusive of all charges) including installation 4 Provision for installation of one 1.5 HP submersible pump with all necessary items and electrification, cleaning of water filter, etc as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 5 Provision for rectification of electrical works for the entire office and store units as per the direction of the Engineer In-Charge. 6 Provision for repairing two Voltas Air concitioners, refilling gas, servicing of the ACs etc. 7 Provision for installation and fixing of Glow Signboard for Office. 8 Provision for installation of internet connection at Tezpur Sub-Circle Office. 9 Provision for repairing of 3 no. of geysers at Tezpur Office. 10 Provision for repairing works of plumbing items and sanitary fittings for the toilets of Office. 11 Provision for purchase of curtains and fixing with curtain rods for office doors and windows. 12 Provision for taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, painting, etc and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges and screws etc, as required all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-In-Charge. 13 Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. 14 Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm). 15 Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr/10 sqm over and including one coat of Special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr /10 sqm. 16 Dismantling wood work in frames, trusses, purlins and rafters up to 10 metres span and 5 metres height including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : Of sectional area 40 square centimetres and above 17 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of: G.S. Sheet. 18 Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheetscomplete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than275 gm/ m². 19 Providing ridges or hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G .S. sheet fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks,bolts and nuts 8 mm dia G .I. limpet and bitumen washers complete: 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m². 20 Providing and fixing flat pressed 3 layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately): 12 mm thick. 21 Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications: Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture. 22 Provision for purchase of a new water purifier at Tezpur Office its installation and plumbing fixtures and charges. 23 Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and lenght ( fasteners shall be paid separately).
