Bids Are Invited For 1 Clearing and grubbing land including uprooting rank vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material. including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150mm in thickness etc. complete as per specifications. 2 providing and removal of excavation including removing the earth and disposing away the stuff to a distance of 50 meters away from the monument etc. complete. 3 laying lime concrete bed in 1into1.5 mortar under stone flooring including cost of materials and labour etc. complete as per the instruction of the site in charge. 4 filling the cavities with laterite stone masonry stone of size 1.80 to 2.40m in length, 0.60 to 0.90m in breadth and 1.00 to 1.20m depth in lime mortar 1into1.5 to retain the top fortification wall by removing the loose particles and inserting anchorage in specified interval with the bed rock and grouting the fissures with lime mortar and camouflage the surface as per the evidence available at the site including cost of scaffolding, curing etc complete. 5 Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of building/structure, up to 25 meter height, above ground level, including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with 40mm dia M.S. tube, placed 1.5 meter centre to centre, horizontal & vertical tubes Joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. tube challis, M.S clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work of cleaning and/ or pointing and/ or applying chemical and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer- in-charge.
