    Bids Are Invited For 9M1130303052-01 Post -1) SCOPE OF WORK: a) Required FIM is in BDL scope. Raw material will be issued by BDL against submission of Indemnity Bond for Rs.3,20,000/-. b) All required Jigs, Fixture, Gauges, Tools, Inspection Instruments and Testing Instruments are in party scope. c) Electroplating: Anodic Oxidation with subsequent sealing in bi-chromate in supplier scope.. 2) DELIVERY SCHEDULE: a.Supply sample batch of 100Nos within 45 days from the date of issue of FIM. b.Balance within 6 months in staggered quantity subjected to issue of raw material and clearance of the samples. 3) MANUFACTURING OF COMPONENTS: Should be as per the Drawings provided by BDL. 4) INSPECTION: a) Party has to carry out stage inspection as per process. b) BDL representatives are authorized to inspect during in process and final inspection at party works as per the requirement. c) 100% dimensional inspection reports to be submitted along with each batch of material. d) Electroplating test certificate from NABL accredited labs to be submitted. 5) CERTIFICATES REQUIRED: Self Inspection Reports and material consumption statement (RMC) to be submitted along with each batch of supplies. 6) PURCHASE PREFERENCE CLAUSE: Provisions as per Make in India order 2017 will be applicable for the vendors/service providers.
