    Auction Sale Of Surplus Diesel [Alco] Locomotive No-14138 /Wdm3a/Hwh, Presently The Locomotive Is In Dead Condition, Date Of Commissioning: 04.08.2002. Condition- 1] Currently The Loco Is In Dead Condition, 2] Cutting And Dismantling Of The Locomotive Are Not Permitted, 3] Interested Buyers Are Requested To Inspect The Lot, Including Its Location And Condition, Before Placing Any Bids, 4] The Buyer Will Be Responsible For Arranging The Delivery Of The Locomotives Via Road Or Rail At His Own Risk And Cost, 5] If Delivery Is To Be Done By Rail, The Sr. Dme/Diesel/Hwh Will Prepare The Locomotive To Run On Rail As Dead Engine. Any Repair Or Service Work Performed By The Railways, Will Be At The Purchaser?S Expense, 6] The Date Of Handing Over The Locomotive To The Buyer Will Be Considered The Delivery Date, And The Locomotive Will Be Deemed Delivered At That Time, 7] Each And Every Cost For Moving The Locomotive To The Purchaser?S Desired Location Will Be Borne By The Purchaser. Locomotive Will Be Made Track Worthy For Movement By Sr.Dme(Diesel)/Er/Hwh , 8] No Refund Claims Will Be Entertained After The Sale, 9] The Lot Will Be Sold On An As Is Where Is Basis, 10] Purchasers Shall Make Request For Fixing Delivery Program With Sr.Dme(Diesel)/Er/Hwh Only.
