Tender For SIC of submersible pump set and all allied E/M equipments for newly bored tube well near H.No.-A-84, Garhi East of Kailasj in Kalkaji Constituency AC-51-- 1 Supply of submersible pump set fitted with dynamically balanced SS impeller mounted on stainless steel shaft with protection sleeve having stage bowl & closed grained shorted type impeller, the pump will be directly coupled to required wet type induction motor of 7.5 HP, 10 stage, Speed 2900 RPM suitable for operation of 3 phase, 415 volt, 50 Hz, AC supply with efficiency 70% at following duty point:180 LPM on 96 Mtr. Head.Having discharge outlet 50 mm and outside dia 142 mm.Make: BS/Skope/ Any DJB Approved Make 2 Providing of Hut type electrical feeder pillar/metal board of welded construction of size 1370mm x 760mm x 460mm fabricated with 16 SWG M.S. sheet with horizontal and vertical intermediate chamber of suitable size on suitable size insulating board to make the Panel Robust, having double door with 14 SWG S.S hinges along with double locking arrangement with arrangement for mounting of switch gear and electrical energy meter i/c powder coating, Vermin proof having following items.1. MCCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole-1 No2. RCCB/ELCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole with earth fault indicator and positive contact indication protecting a circuit automatically 1No3. IS 5312 part I PN 1.0 having CI body bronze wedge rings SS spindle drilled flanged type as per IS 1538 table 4 & 6 with pressure rating class I.Make: Kirloskar /IVC/Any DJB Approved Make 13 Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required. 14 Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required. 15 Installation of t/well by lowering of sub p/set with all allied above items. This includes installation and grouting of panel boards with all electrical wiring & cabling at site. All tools & tackles i/c. tripod chain pulley blocks etc. shall be arranged by the firm. This includes testing & commissioning of t/well on load at site i/c. cartage, loading & unloading of material. It also includes a trial run of 30 hrs operation successfully by the firm. All required civil work included in the scope of work.
