Bids Are Invited For Custom Bid For Services -Tender For RE support services for TAS Of Ongole Depot for one year -SCOPE OF WORK BY CONTRACTORS Trained Engineer will be deputed at the site, who will carry out Monthly and Quarterly Preventive Maintenance activities of the Terminal Automation System. All services are provided during normal working hours unless requested to do differently. The services performed shall be within the limits of the individuals’ core competency and include, but not limited to, the following major critical tasks withrespect to the Honeywell system:  Support to IOCL Ongole for System Operation  Minor troubleshooting in PLC interlocks Logic & SCADA system.  Automation interface of Field units with PLC.  TFMS System  Guidance to the Maintenance engineer of IOCL Ongole for troubleshooting  Coordination between IOCL Ongole and HAIL, Pune as well as vendors for speedy resolution of problems. Technical assistance on queries and escalation of problems.  Regular Data Back –up and carrying out of daily activities log sheet  Monthly reports of major activities carried out.  Monthly reconciliation of spares. Control and updating of spare parts stock, system documentation, and system administration.  Material changes if any to be incorporated in TAS % batch controllers to be done by coordinating with HAIL & IOC. System service on all specified hardware & Software (Maintenance Schedules) as per system requirements.  Planning of Critical & non-critical Spares for 100% uptime of the system and conveying the information to IOCL Ongole to procure the same. Functional Responsibility of Resident Engineer:  Functionality checks of all system hardware  Installation checks, checking the termination of cables, modules, LAN cables.  HAIL engineer will maintain a logbook for Preventive Maintenance and all system-related problems will be recorded in the same as and when they occur and keep the operation Manager informed. Actions will be taken for these problematic issues concerned with the system and corrective actions are taken for the problem existing. Checking functionality of power supplies  Redundancy checks for servers, LAN cables and other redundant modules  Control and updating of spare parts stock (Inventory audit of Onsite stock), system documentation for system administration.  HAIL will check the healthiness of all backup cartridges and update the same  LED Indications (Healthiness) on all the modules will be checked --- Total Quantity :
