Tender For Annual Afloat Repair Works Of “Sl Pamba” At Iwt Maradu Terminal Kochi, During The Year 2024-25; 1 Chipping, wire brushing, buffing, grinding& cleaning of above water level up to deck area including Super structure includes wheel house top, rear seating arrangement, Steering gear compartment inside, Radar compartment inside Engine room inside & also engines foundation base frames, various pipes, machinery & other fitting etc. b) Store, bath room (toilet), Mast & other fittings etc.c) Engines (3 no) shall be cleaned properly and painted with spray paint. including labour and material charges. 2 Painting of the above mentioned areas with 2 coat epoxy primer and . 2 coats of epoxy marine quality enamel of existing colour properly including labour and material Cost. 3 Renewal of damaged M.splate of 5 mm thickness (BIS 2062 steel, Grade B) after the vessel at Stern gear Compartment of ship building quality after removal of the damaged plates by gas cutting and other fittings safely. Labour and material cost 4 Renewal of2 no RPM meter gauge in wheel house with cables including labour charges 5 b)Cost of Spare parts (Actual+10%) will be reimbursed 6 Checking and rectification of electrical defects while using D.C & AC make the equipments such as horn, navigational lights, other lights & fans in Accomodation and wheel house areas in good working conditionincluding labour charges 7 b)Cost of Spare parts (Actual+10%) will be reimbursed 8 Servicing of rotory pump fitted in radar compartment and Fuel rotory pump fitted with Auxillary generator and makein good working condition including labour charges 9 b)Cost of Spare parts (Actual+10%) will be reimbursed 10 Cleaning of bilge pipelines (blockages to be cleared) bilge inlets to be checked and renew damaged pipelines and make in good working condition 11 Fabrication of air went pipe base fitted above accomodation area, and flag pole fitted to the aft side of the vessel to be renewed including laboour and material 12 Fabrication and re fitting of searchlight stand (folding stand required) and supply &fitting of new search light of good qualityincluding labour charges 13 b)Cost of Spare parts (Actual+10%) will be reimbursed 14 Supply and fitting of new wiper blades and also renewal of intermediate clamp for one wiper for smooth operation 15 Fabrication and fitting of new hand rails in damaged areas including labour and material charges 16 Reparing and renewal of damaged chair foundation and handles with new one including labour and material charges 17 Cleaning of diesel tanks after removing of diesel from the tanks. Removing & storing of HSD in barrels to be done with safe. Labour & material Charges 18 Re writing of vessel name, logo, registration no, port of registry etc on name plates fixed and also draft marking, draft line on both Port and STBD sides as per the existing style including labour and material cost.
