The list of tentative works and technology hours per job, which is to be carried out are as below: - 1.0 Scope of work: Following work is to be carried out: a) Opening of wooden case of incoming materials. b) Removal of rust preventive for checking of machined components on 3D-CMM for spares output. c) Removal of all incoming identifications on all the components for spares handing over. d) Putting unique identification mark on all the loose spares with itching machine. e) Application of rust preventive on machined components before handing over to warehouse. f) Application of wrapper film on each component. g) Checking of gear case on checking fixture, reassembly & numbering of gear case h) Numbering, painting & TRP of suspension tube & components i) Cable crimping j) Axle cap miscc operations k) Miscc operations of Armature fan and other components l) Pinion locking arrangement for packing for various traction machines Total Quantity :
