    Bids Are Invited For FEEDER BELT 1168mm WIDTH : TYPE - MULTIPLY REINFORCED WITH ENDLESS CONSTRUCTION: FOR SCHENCK GRAVIMETRIC FEEDER EG36 AS GIVEN BELOW: As per Drawing No - SPD-BMD-FB-ST-1. 1. CONSTRUCTION: The belt shall consist of 3 plies of Nylon Fabrics suitable impregnated with rubber and having rubber covers. The whole being vulcanized together in a uniform manner. 2. COVER: The top and bottom covers are made of natural rubber compound of 3 mm ± 0.3 and 1.5 mm +0.5/-0.0 mm thickness respectively. The rubber cover grade shall be M-24 as per IS:1891/Part-l. 3. THICKNESS: 8.4 mm ± 0.4 mm. 4. WIDTH: 1168 mm ± 4.0 mm 5. INTERNAL CIRCUMFERENCE: 9500 mm -10.0 mm/ +40mm. (HOWEVER DIFFERENCE OF INTERNAL CIRCUMFERENTIAL LENGTH FROM ONE SIDE TO OTHER SIDE IS TO BE WITHIN 5.0MM). 6. HARDNESS OF BASE BELT : 65 DEG. ± 5 SHORE A. (as per IS 3400 part-2) 7. BELT STRENGTH: 400 Kilo Newton/Meter Width (MIN.) 8. ADHESION STRENGTH: PLY TO PLY: 4.5 Kilo Newton/Meter Width (MIN.) 9. ADHESION STRENGTH :COVER TO PLY: 3.5 Kilo Newton/Meter Width (MIN.) 10. ABRASION RESISTANT THE ABRASION LOSS SHOULD BE MAXIMUM 150 CUBIC MM WHEN THE ABRASION TEST IS CONDUCTED AS PER IS: 3400 PART-3. 11. DUTY CYCLE : CONTINUOUS. 12. WORKING TEMPERATURE : 80 DEG C 13. MAXIMUM INSTANTANEOUS TEMPERATURE : 200 DEG C 14.
