The painting shall include surface prepration followed by one coat of red oxide and two coats of high quality metallic paint as per directions of EIC. All the tools/tackles/DG Set/ Welding machine / Spray paint machine/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. |

| 30 | Repairs to gear box. The job includes dismounting of gear box from the chassis, dismantling all the gears, gear shafts, drainage of gear oil. Cleaning the gear box, shifting to the workshop then welding at cracked spot by using suitable size and material welding electrodes and doing other necessary repair jobs. Refitting all the gears, shafts, filling of gear oil, refitting the whole assembly to the machine and testing for leakage. All the tools/tackles/carriage/labour etc required for the job shall be provided by firm. |
