Tender For Repairs And Renovation Of Gps Zoogu- 1 Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors,windows and clerestory windows fixing with butt hinges of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: -Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately).30cm KD wood 2 Providing and fixing of 10 mm thick ply for ceiling and soffit 3 Providing and fixing of popular woodworkas ceiling joists for fixing plywood 4 Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry and curing complete, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 25mm thick with 12.5 mm nominal size stone aggregate. 5 Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint ofrequired shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over anunder coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture 6 Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade on new work (two or more coats) 7 Providing and fixing of wire mesh ouside of windows 25x25 mm mesh size 8 Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.
