Tender For Supply/Undertake The Following Materials/Job/Services At Our Panihati Factory. 1. Collection & compilation of Hazardous wastes data to prepare in prescribed Form No. IV ( period April 2023- March2024) along with necessary documents and submission of on line Form-4 along with hard copy to WMC, WBPCB SALT LAKE under Hazardous wastes (Management , handling & Trans boundary Movement Rules 2016 . 2. Hazardous Waste Environmental information display board both in English & Bengali to be made as per Hazard Waste Rules & fixing the same outside boundary wall. 3. Collection and compilation of data on raw materials consumption and finished product manufactured water consumption and efferent water of product, Air & water pollutant concentration, Air & Water pollution generated per unit of product. Solid wastes generated with quantity status as regards Air & water pollution control etc. & preparation of Environment Audit report in prescribed Form no-V for the financial year ending 31st March 2024. 4. Sampling and testing of Boiler for testing at 1 no Boiler & 2 nos. D.G Set stack. 6. Sampling and testing of effluent water ETP final out let for PH, TSS, COD, BOD,O&G, Nitrate (as N), Arsenic, Cr+6, Total Chromium, Pb, (CN-),Zn, Hg, Cu, Ni, Pheneol & Sulphide etc. 7. Assistance in filling up of on line Consent to Operate application Form along with necessary documents, annexure Test report etc. after getting scrutiny details from WBPCB, submission of online payment to WBPCB & finally submission of hard copy of consent to operate application through courier to WBPCB Kankinara Regional Office)
