Supply of C10 capacity, 110Volt, 400AH LM type tubular transparent battery SAN container 400AH (TBS400) reputed make set having 110 Nos. cells of rating 2Volt, 400AH. C10 type float voltage of each cell 2.23+/-0.02 Volt at 27 degree temp. including all other accessories.

Battery stand suitable for 110Volt, 400AH LM type tubular transparent battery set. Stand should be insulated with anti acid PVC insulation.

Dismantling of old 110 Volt battery set including opening of all iner-connection then shifting from battery room to store all labour, T&P etc. with proper stacking as per direction given by the concerned engineer.

Replacement of damaged cable of battery charger to AC power supply cubical including removal of all damaged cable then providing of new cable including all labour, T&P etc.

Erection and commissioning of new 110Volt battery set including filling of electrolyte, top-up by distilled water, fixing of inter-connection strips etc. then the contractor is to provide one number skilled and unskilled labour around the clock. Work to be done under the supervision of concerned engineer/exide engineer.

Replacement of damaged DC cable from battery set to battery charger in control room including removal of all damaged cable then providing of new cable including all labour and T&P etc.

Commissioning engineer supervision charges for installation and commissioning for 220Volt, 400AH Tubular battery bank.

Supply of 110 Volt dual FCBC battery charger for 400AH battery set including transportation loading and unloading charges as per PTCUL technical specification.

Dismantling of old 110 Volt battery charger including opening of all iner-connection then shifting from battery room to store all labour, T&P etc. with proper stacking as per direction given by the concerned engineer.

Erection of new 110 Volt battery charger in respect of all respect related work shifting from store to control room. Erection, termination with all accessories as per PTCUL technical specifications or OEM manual.
