Fabrication of 850 NB discharge line along with elbow and flanges for the replacement of damaged pipeline. The activity also includes painting of the fabricated pipe line with one coat of heat resistant aluminium paint after thorough cleaning.

Dismantling and erection. The activities include dismantling of 850 NB line along with the flanged bellow from the outlet of ID fan to the FRP stack and safely securing the bellow and transporting the scrapped pipe to the designated yard. Finally erecting the fabricated line along with the bellow. Necessary scaffolding and heavy equipment for dismantling and re-fixing the line is in contractor’s scope.
