Supply, Erection, Testing and commissioning of 9.0 mtr Long GI (65 micron DFT single dip) Octogonal poles uniformally tappered with thickness of 3mm with bottom/top Dia of 175 mm x 70mm & base plate of 275x275x16mm/pcd 250 mm provided with proper door opened gear box for connections on the bottom side with G.I. Foundation Bolts (J Type) M24x750 mm long (Set of 4 no.’s per pole) ,(standard make) including providing and fixing of suitable sign board fabricated out of sheet steel indicating name of concerned DDC candidate, DOS, DOC, Estimate Cost, Completion Cost etc to each pole

Laying of RCC foundation for 9.0 mtr. Long Octagonal poles including proper curing. 0.6mX0.6mX1.2m (RCC with concrete ratio 1:1.5:3 with minimum 8 Nos. of 12 mm dia longitudinal MS reinforcement rods with rings of 8 mm dia not more than 200 mm C.C for fixing the pole).

Supplying and fixing of Earthing of Octagonal Pole Complete by GI Pipe 40 mm or GI Rod 20mm 3 mtr long through GI Strip (25x3)mm

Pre fabricated galvanized four way ring type top bracket (700mm radius with 48.3 OD GI Pipe) to be fitted on top of Octogonal pole suitable for holding four 100Watt LED lights.

Providing and fixing of Cable Termination & Luminary connections using4-way terminal block/ connectors & four no. of 1 amp MCB withstrip (Legrand/Havellsmake or equivalent) including copper lugs, nuts& bolts,washers etc forpoles with four way type bracket to be fitted properly inside the door opened gear boxprovided on the bottom side of the pole. (Complete Job)

Supply ,installation ,testing and commissioningof outdoor type 100 wattLED Flood light(10000 lumens), IP67 with Auto ON/OFF Day Night Sensor of BAJAJ/GE/HPL/ HAVELLS/WIPRO/ PHILLIPS/ CROMPTON /MURPHY or any approved vendor by KPDCL make suitable for above high mast application complete with minimum two years of onsite replacement warranty.

3x1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand flexible copper wire for service connections from connection plate to the LED luminary individual circuit including loop & earthings laid properlyincluding bunching (Havells/ polycab make or equivalent)

LT 16sqmm 2-core XLPE Alumunium armoured cable to be laid U/G or A/G as per site requirment (Havels/polycabor equivalent make). The cable shall include end termination lugs with its crimping/taping.

Providing and fixing of Surge Protector for the 100 Watt LED type lighting fixture complete.
