The rate to be quoted by the bidders as PERCENTAGE(%) of service charge per CONTINGENT STAFF per month excluding G.S.T on the basis of average manpower cost without PF, ESI, Bonus and other statutory dues. The rate to be quoted should not bebelow 1% of such cost.
