Sl. No. Item Description 1 Day to day maintenance for both non-residential & residential buildings in the premises of Ranaghat S.D. Hospital of entire electrical installations with 2x 750KVA Sub-Station, Three panel HT gear, compound lights, sign board, all Servo controlled stabilizer ,BDBs, PDBs power & distribution cables, three panel ,UPS, FDA system incl. Sub-Stationsfor round the clock on all working days including holidays for Ranaghat Sub Divisional Hospital incluiding all residential quarters, Ranaghat , Nadia, Nadia with , 3 Skilled Electrician and 3 Unskilled Labour/Helper for round the clock i.e. 24x365 hoursas per terms & condition as per direction of E.I.C. 2 SkilledElectrician 3 Semi SkilledElectrician 4 Unskilled Labour/Helper 5 Charges for Tools & Plants and Supervision for this maintenance work as required. 6 Charges for essential auxiliary maintenance materials such as different types Screw, Nut, Bolt, Washer, Fuse, PVC insulation Tape, PVC sleeves, loose wire, Split pin & Jam nut of Ceiling Fan, cable gland & socket, duster, dress for staff, log book, register, pen, marker, hale mate, hand gloves with gumboot for operation of high voltage equipments, first-aid box, umbrella, mask, sanitizer, PPE Kit, Goggles, protective body-ware, raincoat etc as required and as per direction of E.I.C. 7 Rates are inclusive of GST, LWC and all other related taxes & dutiesTerms and conditions are attached with NIQ
