And Ss 304 Glass Washing Pipes - 01 No. Ii)M.S Fabricated Pan Shell Dia-5.05 Mtr.,Thickness-16 Mm , Height Of Shell 4300 Mm Fitted With 06 Nos. Sight Glasses And Ss 304 Glass Washing Pipes - 01 No. Iii)M.S Fabricated Top Cone For 60 Mt Pan Thickness-16 Mm, Top Cone Should Be Suitable For Pan Shell Of 5.05 Mm Dia. Angle Of Cone 25 ° With Shell And Stiffener At Top Cone-03 Nos. Scope Of Work:- 1. Material- Ms. Is:2062 2. There Should Be 6 Nos. Sight Glasses Of Size- 200 Mm (Toughened Glass) With S.S-304 Glass Washing Pipe At Standard Gap In Between The Sight Glass At Each Pan Shell. 3. Stiffener At Cone Should Be 16 Mm Thick 100 Mm Wide At A Gap Of 800 Mm Welded With Save All And Shell Of Pan For Proper Strength. 4. Supplier Shall Dismantledthe Old Shell, Top Cone, Feed Box, Feed Pipe, Save Allentrainmentcatcher Umbrella , Washing Coil, Sampling Key, Vacuum Gauge Etc. And Again Erect These Accessories After Erection Of New Shell And Cone Of Pan. Any Other Material Required To Dismantled The Cone And Shell Of Pan And Erection Of New Shell With Cone Should Be In The Scope Of Supplier. 5. Supplier Shall Submit The Complete Drawing Within 7 Days After Issuing The Work Order For Approval. 6. Supplier Shall Provide An Experienced Engineer During The Execution Of Work. Mill Shall Provide Boarding And Lodging To Your Site Engineer. 7. All Tool And Tackles, Gas, Welding Electrode, Welding Machines, Nut, Bolts Etc. Shall Be Arranged By The Supplier.
