6Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting with Vibratory roller. to the required density. 10Open Graded Premix Surfacing- Providing and Laying Open Graded Carpet (OGC) 20 millimeter thickness composed of 13.2 millimeter to 5.6 millimeter aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Viscosity temperature susceptibility (VTS) , laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment, and rolling to achieve the desired compaction but including tack coat on the prepared surface heating by fames in Boiler and spraying bitumen set footed in bitumen boller on B.T. surface 2.5 kilogram per 10 square meter For Bitumen of specified grade--USING drum mix type hot mix plant without Supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA), Paver and Vibratory roller ( Over ModifiedPenetration Macadam Surface) (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)
11Providing bituminous Type A liquid seal coat on bituminous surface including supplying all materials and bitumen of specified gradepreparing existing road surface, heating and applying bitumen @ 0.98 Kilogram per square meter by mechanical means, spreading chips and rolling, by static roller having weight 8 to 10 Metric Tonne. etc. complete. (Viscosity Grade-30 bulk bitumen rates are considered to arrive at rates)
12Supplying hard murum/ kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete.

15Supplying and Fixing of Molded Shank Raised Pavement Markers / Cat\"s Eyemade of polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000 kilogram tested in accordance to American Society for Testing and materials D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category A of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50 millimeter, 100 millimeter and 102 +/- 2 millimeter and with minimum reflective area of 13 square centimeter on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 millimeter and height not less than 30+/- 2 millimeter) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kilogram. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturer\"s recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer.The contractor shall submit a two year warrantyfor satisfactory field performance including stipulated retro-reflectance of the reflecting panel, to the Engineer.
16Providing and Laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking strip on Bituminous Surface of specified shade/ colour of 2.5 millimeter thick including 1.5 Refractive index reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gram per square meter .Thickness of 2.5 millimeter is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per Indian Road Congress 35:2015. Initial Dry reflectivity RL shall be > 250 mcd/sqm/lux measured in the initial 7 days and sustained reflectivity RL of 100 mcandela per square meter per lux and Qd of 100 mcandela per square meter per lux measured at the end of 2 years by means of a Standard Reflectometer of Zehntner, Easylux, Delta make capable of measuring RL & QD both according to Indian Road Congress 35:2015 clause 15.5. The finished surface to be level, uniform, and free from streaks and holes complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and in accordance with applicable specifications.(Refer Ministry of Road Transport and Highways Clause 803 for technical Specification and Performance for Indian Road Congress 35:2015).
