KP-5118 - Persil Mini Florus - DA - 3.66m3660mm Persil mini florus pole made of circular mild steel pipe (grade YST 210) 88.9mm Dia x 2.9mm thick with 2178mm height. Decorative base made of Gravity Die-cast aluminium (245mm Dia x 206mm Height). The double arm persil mini bracket is a split constructed type, Bracket stem made of MS Pipe 60.3mm dia x 2.6mm thick, emerging from a Gravity Die cast Aluminium embellishment upto a height of 1150mm crowned at top with a cast Iron decorative finial of 260mm height. The artistically curved double arm made of MS Pipe 38.1mm Dia x 2mm thick, spruced up with MS Scroll with down sided leafy embellishment, is firmly held to the stem on either sides by the way of cast iron clamp and the arm bears cast iron knobs at one end and other end facilitates the fitment of luminaire at 624mm on either sides from the vertical axis of the bracket stem. Pole section welded by certified welders using high end MIG welding processes. PDC aluminium service door 348mm height x 80mm width shall be provided with the company logo embossed on the bottom of the door and safety rope. The control gear tray is prewired with 2.5 Sq.mm cable, 6A SP MCB and 32A Ramanuj stud type 4 way terminal block for loop-in / loop-out arrangement, 5A 2 Way terminal connector and provision for earthing. Any other internal cables and connections shall not be covered in the scope of supply. Mild steel mounting plate 230mm Dia x 12mm thick Steel of grade E250 to IS 2062 : 2011 with 4 elongated holes 38 x 19 to suit M16 x 300mm bolts of grade 4.6 at PCD180. The base plate have a cable entry hole of 70mm dia at the center. This mounting steel plate along with foundation bolts of suitable size to be used for ensuring firm grouting into the specially designed foundation. All dimension are within +/- 5% tolerance. After fabrication entire pole is shot blasted (Inhouse). The pole is coated with zinc rich primer & pure polyester powder coating or epoxy zinc phosphate primer and finished using environmentally stable polyurethane based paint (coating thickness 60-80 microns). The Pole shall be provided with Graphite grey / Anthracite grey / Black as standard colour options. Along with 02 Nos. Pendant mounted compact street light. Decorative luminaire made of specially contoured spun aluminium body of high corrosion resistance with a neck design for unique and better aesthetics and non corrosive stainless steel fasteners. Translucent acrylic / Clear acrylic / Clear polycarbonate diffuser. The mounting arrangement nipple, coupling & Hex nut made of Stainless steel 304 suitable for mounting to internally threaded pipe of designation M30. Protection class IP65. Mechanical resistance IK05 (Acrylic diffuser) & IK09 (Polycarbonate diffuser). Pure polyester powder coated graphite grey / anthracite grey / jet black. Prewired with E27 holder and suitable for operating on 240V, 50Hz single phase ac supply. Luminaire dimension : 425mm diameter x 407 / 437mm height along with 30 Watts LED E-27 base Lamp.te accessories and as per approved by Chief officer
