Supplying and fixing of M.S grill of approved design for doors, windows and ventilators using necessary mild steel flats for inner and outer memebers which should be fixed to window frames inclusive of priming coat of best approved quality red oxide primer etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) mix 10 mm thick including cost for materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.

Supply and fixing in position best white glassed earthen ware ORISSA TYPE INDIAN WATER CLOSET of approved quality of size 584mm with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap and embedding the closet with trap to shaping position with 40mm brick jelly lime concrete 1:2:4 and finishing the top to the required slope and including the giving connection to the G.I. soil stacks by dismantling masonry floor of RCC works and redoing the same to the original conditions without any leakage etc., complete as per standard specification

Supplying and fixing over the floors best quality of scratch ceramic tiles of 30 c.m x 30c.m x 6mm sizeof approved colour laying with cement mortor 1:3 mix pointing the joints with colour pigments etc.Complete.

Dadooing the walls with glazed tiles of 30 c.m x 20 c.m 6mm size laid in cement mortor 1:2 mix 10mm thick and pointing with 0.40 kg white cement per m2 etc.

Painting two coats using best quality emulsion paint with one coat of white cement with approved colour including cost for materials and all labour charges for mixing, laying and curing etc., complete as per standard specification.
