Special Note : 1. Extra rate @Per KM will be calculated on Pro ratabasis as per quoted rate 2.Extra rate @Per Hr will be calculated on Pro ratabasis as per quoted rate 3.. Early morning will be applicable when reporting time is before 7.00 AMand Night Allowance will be applicable when release time is later than 10.00 PM and for both the cases charges will be considered asRs 200/-4.. Out Station will be applicable when vehicle is going beyond Kolkata and Howrah municipal limit.Outstation Allowance Charges will be considered as Rs. 300/-
